Shipping Policy

Ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.  We offer next day dispatch for orders received before our cut-off time on a standard working day in NSW Australia, excludes weekends and public holidays. 

All services are defaulted to authority to leave ATL  unless otherwise signature required. If SIG required, in case the delivery is unsuccessful for multiple attempts, buyer will require to compensate us for the re-shipping cost or return cost.

Express postage available on selected items. Additional fees may apply. Please ensure shipping details are complete, correct and final when you place your order.

Change of shipping details may not be supported once the product been dispatched. Company name is required for commercial addresses. PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers/Parcel Collect or similar may not be accepted on some items.

Tracking information is provided to all orders. Please use the tracking information to estimate the delivery date of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please send us a message and we will request the carrier company to investigate and find out what has happened.

Delivery times are estimates only and sellers are not responsible for service transit times. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.  

Express Post remains our fastest postal delivery option. Due to unforeseen circumstances or factors mean we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment for express post. We rely on the courier to provide the best estimated delivery time.
